International Orders Policy
International/Overseas Customers, Please Read the Following Very Carefully:
International orders are not eligible for:
Shipping Fees
International shipments will have an additional shipping fee added to the regular price of items sold on easydrawinglessons. This fee will be no less than 10 (ten) U.S. Dollars. All other Import Fees will be the responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from easydrawinglessons, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to easydrawinglessons. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to me and I care about how information about your order is used and shared. I would like my international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities. I provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
